    每個人總有不開心的時候~~
    我是個情緒起伏很大的人,我也在學習控制自己的情緒.
     
    當心情不好的時候,不如吃點甜的東西
    然後對著鏡子給自己一個燦爛的微笑
    告訴自己其實,事情沒有那麼糟
    來幾個深呼吸,把心里的煩惱統統吐掉
     
    如果你也不開心,不如試試我的方法~~嘿嘿~~
    還真希望身邊的人能天天開開心心的
